For most incentive trips, retreats, and group travel, our compensation comes from the resorts, cruise lines, and operators — not from you. If a project involves logistics beyond standard supplier bookings, we'll quote any service fees transparently before you commit.

What group sizes do you handle?+

From an executive retreat of six to incentive programs with dozens of winners and guests. Group pricing thresholds vary by supplier — we'll tell you exactly what your headcount unlocks.

Can employees extend the trip personally?+

Yes — pre- and post-trip extensions are common and easy for us to arrange. The company covers the program dates; travelers pay for their own extra nights, handled directly with us.

How far in advance should we plan?+

For incentive programs, 6–12 months gives the best resort choice and airfare from Nashville — and gives your team time to compete for the prize. Smaller retreats can come together in less.

Can you keep the destination a surprise for winners?+

We can work with however you run your program — announced destination, tiered reveals, or full surprise. We'll coordinate what travelers need to know (documents, packing) without spoiling it.
